For Riley, building relationships with customers is the best part of his job, and he looks forward to getting to know customers and helping them with their financial needs.

Riley says Sioux Falls has "a good hometown feel with a good community," and he enjoys living there. This makes Plains Commerce the perfect fit for Riley, which he describes as "a good hometown community bank."

"Seeing customers come in who know you and who you have created a bond with makes it feel as though you are seeing your friends everyday," Riley says.

In his free time, Riley spends time working on his cars, making food or watching a good movie.
