Meet Macey Klages. Macey Klages serves as a Retail Banker I at the Mitchell branch, bringing with her a well-rounded background in banking and a strong commitment to customer protection. She began her banking career in 2019 at a small credit union, gaining valuable experience in a variety of departments. Starting as a teller, she advanced to the contact center and eventually became the center's supervisor. It was during this time that Macey discovered her passion for BSA and fraud prevention — an area she's eager to specialize in as her career continues. 

Macey finds great fulfillment in helping customers safeguard their accounts and ensuring they feel confident and secure banking with us. Building trust and long-term relationships with clients is at the heart of her approach, and she looks forward to expanding her knowledge and education in the financial industry as a part of the Plains Commerce Bank team. 

In addition to her professional experience, Macey holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She enjoys supporting others in their health and fitness goals and lives an active lifestyle herself. No matter the season, she can often be found outdoors hiking, fishing, golfing, riding her motorcycle, skiing, or snowmobiling. Macey is also musically inclined and enjoys singing and playing guitar in her free time.
