Meet Steve Ennis. Steve is a Mortgage Banker with nearly 20 years of experience helping homebuyers find the right financing for every stage of life. A native of Minnesota (the part with the trees and lakes), he has proudly called Sioux Falls home since 2015. Steve works with borrowers throughout the region and is known for providing thoughtful guidance and personalized mortgage solutions.

Steve enjoys helping homebuyers find the financing solution that best fits their unique goals. He specializes in VA home loans, second home and vacation home financing, and Doctor Loan programs for physicians and other medical professionals. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, a forever home, or a getaway property, Steve is committed to making the mortgage process clear, personalized, and stress-free. 

As the son of a combat-wounded Vietnam Veteran, helping veterans and active-duty military members make the most of their VA loan benefits is especially meaningful to Steve. He is passionate about serving those who have served our country and educating borrowers on the advantages available through VA financing.

Steve is also a strong advocate for affordable housing and enjoys helping first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. He believes every borrower deserves a lending partner who listens, educates, and provides financing options tailored to their individual situation.

Outside of the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his children, Mason and Millie. Volunteer coaching sports, gardening, metal detecting, and spending time with family and friends are some of their favorite activities. Steve is a member of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire, serves on the RASE committee, is a board member of the Military Veterans Project, and teaches confirmation at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
