His passion for the industry began when he purchased his first home, inspiring him to be part of something bigger, guiding families through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Shaye is known for his commitment to education and accessibility. He takes pride in making sure every client feels confident and informed throughout the homebuying process, taking time to explain loan options, answer questions, and remove stress wherever possible. Outside of work, Shaye enjoys spending time with his wife, Drew, their dog Ripley, and their newborn daughter, Carver. A former college basketball player, he thrives on competition and teamwork, whether on the golf course, in the gym, or on the court.
