Meet Jeff Sand. Jeff brings a diverse background in entrepreneurship, sales, education, and community leadership to his role in banking. He spent several years as a high school English and technology teacher and coach before moving into business ownership, an experience that strengthened his skills in communication, problem-solving, and working with people. Over the years, he has helped launch and operate several successful businesses, including a luxury golf cart company and Dakota Sunset Shell in Mitchell, which he owns with his wife, Ashley. Having been a business owner himself, Jeff understands the opportunities and challenges local entrepreneuers face and enjoys helping customers navigate financial decisions that support growth and long-term success.

A true "people person," Jeff is passionate about building relationships and finding solutions that help businesses and indivudals achieve their goals while strengthening the Mitchell community. He stays active locally as a volunteer youth sports coach, serves at RiverTree church, and is a board member with UpArmored Ministry. He also serves as a mentor for Mitchell's Big Friend Little Friend program. 

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, traveling, and pursuing his many curiousities. He and Ashley have been married for over a decade and have 3 children and a rescue dog, Sonny.
