With nearly a decade of experience in underwriting and over 19 years as a mortgage banker, Dawn brings both knowledge and care to every step of the mortgage process. She helps clients navigate their options and works to find the program that fits their goals.

Dawn earned degrees from North Dakota State University and the University of Mary in Bismark. She and her husband, Dave, have lived in the Sioux Falls area for many years, raising three children and enjoying time together on the lake.
