Access Accounts Online
Plains Commerce Bank customers must first apply for Online Banking to be able to access their accounts online. To apply, click on the “Enroll” link on the Personal Online Banking tab, accept disclosure and complete enrollment form. Applications may take up to two business days to process.
When you first log in to online banking you will be required to enter a temporary user ID. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to change your User ID. Your new User ID must have 6 to 20 characters and no dashes or spaces.
Your password must be between 8 to 20 characters and should contain at least one alpha and one numeric character and is case sensitive.
Can’t remember your password or locked out? In the Aberdeen area, please contact us locally at (605) 225-7548. If you are outside the Aberdeen calling area, please contact us at (877) 227-7548 for a password reset.
Once you are able to log on to online banking, click on ‘Help’ icon for information regarding the many features available. The ‘Help’ button will give detailed information about the feature or service you are using. The Online Help facility is context-sensitive and provides detailed information about the feature currently displayed on your screen.
Online Bill Pay - Free

Enrolling in Bill Pay
You must be a current online banking customer to enroll in bill pay. If you are not, click to enroll in online banking. Once you are able to log in to online banking, select the ‘Bill Payment’ button and this will take you through the enrollment process. Complete online bill pay application form. After submission, the registration form is electronically forwarded to us for review. We check the information submitted and will send you a confirmation via email.
If you try to enter Bill Payment during the application-processing period, you will be shown a page requesting that you wait for the acceptance notification.
After enrolling for Online Bill Payment you will first receive an approval or denial e-mail. If approved, you will receive an activation e-mail indicating that you may log on to your Online Banking session, and begin using Online Bill Payment.
