About the Business ATM/Checkcard

It is a convenient way to pay. This card lets you pay using the money in your checking account. Simply present your Business ATM/Checkcard anywhere Visa debit is accepted and sign the receipt – it is that easy! Now you can pay for business
expenses, such as supplies, meals and travel expenses, all from
your checking account without the hassle of writing a check.
Each month, you will receive a detailed listing of your transactions on your statement, including the date, merchant name
and amount of purchase.
It works as your ATM card too.
With our Business ATM & Checkcard, you can obtain cash at
thousands of ATM locations 24 hours a day. (Fees may apply.)
Use it when traveling. You no longer need to worry about not being able to write
checks while you are out of town. Our card is accepted at millions of merchant locations worldwide. |

| Activating |
For your protection, Business ATM/Checkcards are inactive when issued. To activate your Checkcard, you must either call toll-free 877-219-4344 or complete a transaction at an ATM. |
| Signature-Based Transaction |
To conduct a signature-based transaction:
- The merchant must accept Visa debit cards.
- Swipe or insert your Advantage card at the merchant terminal.
- Select the "Credit" option.
- The merchant will give you a receipt to sign and a copy for your records.
- Your checking account will usually be charged within 1-3 business days.

| Daily Dollar Limits |
There are three separate daily limits; an ATM withdrawal limit, a purchase limit and a teller cash-advance limit. Any of these limits can be adjusted to suit your needs but for your protection, we automatically set these at $100 daily dollar limit for ATM cash withdrawal, $500 daily dollar limit for point of sale purchases and $100 teller cash-advance limit. If you would like the daily dollar limits at different amounts, please contact us for assistance. |
| Lost or Stolen Card |
Report a lost or stolen Checkcard to us immediately! After hours, call 1-800-236-2442. You may be liable for the following losses:
ATM and PIN-based purchases: For fraudulent ATM and PIN-based purchase transactions, your loss is a maximum of $50 if you notify us within two business days of learning of the loss of your card. Failure to notify us within this time frame can result in your being liable for up to $500.
Visa signature purchases: We will not hold you liable for unauthorized transactions unless proven negligent. |
| Information about your PIN |
Memorize your PIN! DO NOT write it down, especially on your card! When making a purchase, keep your card in sight at all times.
You may change your PIN at any time. Simply call 1-877-219-4344 and follow the voice response. Or, request a PIN change at any Advantage ATM and follow the instructions given. Either change is effective
immediately. |
