Access Accounts Online Plains Commerce Bank customers must first apply for Online Banking to be able to access their accounts online. To apply, click on the “Enroll” link on the top right corner of this page. Then click on the “First Time Users” link from the sign-on screen. Applications may take up to two business days to process.

User ID When you first log in to online banking, your user ID is your 9-digit Social Security number. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to change your User ID. Your new User ID must have a minimum 6 to 20 characters of which 4 characters must be lower case. Do not use dashes or spaces when inputting your User ID.

Password Your password must be between 6 to 10 characters and should contain at least one alpha and one numeric character (Example:password1). Your password is case sensitive.

Internet Explorer or Netscape Browsers such as Internet Explorer or Netscape must be able to accept 128 bit encryption to access secure web sites such as our online banking site. Contact your Browser directly to download the latest version.

Help Button Once you are able to log on to online banking, click on ‘Help’ icon for information regarding the many features available. The ‘Help’ button will give detailed information about the feature or service you are using. The Online Help facility is context-sensitive and provides detailed information about the feature currently displayed on your screen.
