Security Interest
You agree to establish and maintain a Security Collateral Deposit Account at Plains Commerce Bank as a condition of receiving a credit card(s) and that no withdrawals from the Security Collateral Deposit Account, or the interest accrued, if applicable, may be initiated until such time as all account balances, including applicable fees and credit card charges, have been paid in full and the associated line(s) of credit closed and all cards returned to Plains Commerce Bank. Furthermore, you agree that (i) the total balance of your credit card account(s), including fees and/or charges, will not at any time exceed the established credit limit of your credit card and (ii) that you will not be delinquent in payment of amounts due. You also agree that the Bank may apply any and all balances in your Security Collateral Deposit Account(s) as payment to or recovery of any credit card balance(s) that you may owe to Plains Commerce Bank in the event that the Bank terminates this agreement for any reason.
